TalentSmart treats attendees to a light breakfast and a networking lunch on both days of the Program. One lunch is with the author of The Emotional Intelligence Quick Book™.

On both days the session runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you need to cancel 21 days or more before your scheduled session there is a 5% service charge deducted from your registration fee. A refund will not be provided for a cancellation made within 21 days of your scheduled session, but we are happy to hold a place for you in a later course at no additional charge.

The Level I Discovering EQ Certification has been approved for 8.5 recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI)*.
