TalentSmart treats attendees to a light breakfast and a networking lunch on both days of the Program. One lunch is with the author of The Emotional Intelligence Quick Book™.

On both days the session runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you need to cancel 21 days or more before your scheduled session there is a 5% service charge deducted from your registration fee. A refund will not be provided for a cancellation made within 21 days of your scheduled session, but we are happy to hold a place for you in a later course at no additional charge.

The Level I Discovering EQ Certification has been approved for 8.5 recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). The use of this seal is not an endorsement by HRCI of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met HRCI’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit.
